Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.

When Worry or Sadness Feels Too Heavy to Carry Alone

Anxiety and depression can make everyday life feel overwhelming, whether it’s constant racing thoughts, a heavy sense of sadness, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself and others. You don’t have to go through this alone. With the right support, healing is possible. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, build tools for relief, and create space for hope, balance, and lasting change.

Our Approach to Helping With Depression & Anxiety

A stylized, abstract illustration of a pink flower with five petals and black outlines, set against a black background.

In our practice, we use a blend of evidence-based and relational approaches to support clients struggling with depression and anxiety. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to low mood or excessive worry, while Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) builds skills in emotion regulation, mindfulness, and distress tolerance, providing practical tools for navigating both anxious thoughts and depressive feelings.

Brainspotting works at a deeper, neurobiological level, helping clients process unresolved experiences and emotional pain stored in the body and brain that often underlie symptoms of anxiety and depression. Alongside these structured approaches, relational therapy and client-centered work emphasize the healing power of connection, trust, and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship. Together, these methods not only reduce the immediate symptoms of depression and anxiety but also create a supportive space for deeper healing, self-understanding, and lasting change.

Client-Led Care

Therapy isn’t something we do to you — it’s something we build together. You set the pace, bring your truth, and your therapist will meet you where you are. We’ll go step by step, with care and without pressure.

Tools That Go Deeper

We’ll use approaches that fit you — not force you into a framework. We offer evidence-based tools to support healing in a way that’s clear, gentle, and collaborative.

Real-Life Support

We’ll work with whatever’s coming up — stress from work, overwhelm from school, relationship tension, or just trying to function when everything feels off.

Inclusive & Affirming

You deserve to feel seen without needing to explain yourself. This is a space that honors your identity, your story, and your lived experience — especially if therapy hasn’t always felt safe before.

Custom To You

Your life isn’t generic — so your therapy shouldn’t be either. Whether you need short-term support, deeper healing, or space to figure it out, we’ll shape the work around what you need most.

Built To Last

You don’t have to figure it all out in one session. We’ll build safety, trust, and tools together — and if you choose to stay for the long term, that foundation will support deep and lasting change.
